1) Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

2) Eligible for Full Refund (Key Rule)

Full refund is available only if the product is returned within 30 days AND the outer packaging safety seal is intact (unopened) and the product is unused.
For consumer safety and hygiene, products with a broken / removed safety seal or products that have been used are not eligible for return or refund.

3) Not Eligible for Return/Refund

  • Outer box safety seal has been torn/broken/removed
  • Product has been opened, used, or partially used
  • Return request submitted after 30 days from delivery
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or accidents after delivery

4) Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos (and short video if possible) of the shipping box and the item

We will evaluate and, if confirmed, offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

5) How to Start a Return

Step-by-step
  1. Email us at revolara.usa@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
  3. Ship the product back in its original packaging with the safety seal intact.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund.

6) Refund Processing Time

After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. The exact timing depends on your payment provider/bank.

7) Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect item confirmed).
